UV DTF - Upload Your Own A3 File

Do you have a bunch of stickers or wrap designs that you want to print? We can print most files for you! Just Upload your file to us and away we go!

UV DTF Prints use UV (Ultraviolet) curing technology to print designs on films, which can then be transferred onto all sorts of hard and irregular-shaped objects. You can apply them to surfaces like metal, leather, wood, plastic, ceramic, glass, and more and the best bit is there's no need for heat or weeding! (Woohoo no weeding!)

DESIGN REQUIREMENTS:

• .PNG file type - To make it easy for us to prepare the file for printing
• Size Limit - 29cm x 40cm (A3 approximately) is the biggest file we can print
• At least 300 dpi resolution - Make sure your files are of high resolution. Avoid pixelated or screenshot artworks. Bad file quality = Bad print. Our website's photo uploader app has an indicator whether your design uploaded is at the optimal or bad resolution.
  
• Minimum line weight 2pt - To ensure your adhesive sticks well line weights lower than this may have adhesion problems, so we don't suggest printing images or designs below this weight.
  
• Scale the design at the dimension you need it printed. We will not resize your uploaded designs. We will print what is exactly uploaded on our website.
  
• Transparent background - our website's sheet builder app has a remove background function in case you need it. If you do not remove the background, it will be printed. 
  
• Important - There's no need to mirror your files! :)

We kindly request that you refrain from submitting any copyrighted or trademarked images (e.g., Disney, Marvel, Fashion Brands, etc.) without obtaining written permission from the trademark or copyright owner. If your uploaded images contain any such content, we regret to inform you that we will have to cancel or refund your order to avoid any potential legal complications. However, if you possess the necessary written permission or license, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with a proof via our email address. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS CHECK OUT THIS REEL to see how :)

1. Start with a clean surface using a cloth (avoid alcohol or alcohol wipes)
2. Trim the wrap if needed for a perfect fit
3. Rub both sides of the wrap before removing the backing sheet to ensure a perfect adherence to the clear sheet. Make sure to peel with caution especially for intricate or small designs
4. Carefully align and position the wrap before applying it to your surface, as it becomes permanent upon contact
5. Apply the wrap in small sections to avoid air bubbles, pressing down the entire design with firm finger pressure for a smooth application
6. Gently squeegee the entire wrap to ensure a secure attachment
7. Peel off the clear film with care, unveiling your stunning creation!
   
   

CARE INFORMATION

• Allow the adhesive a full 48 hours or more to cure before using, washing, or exposing the applied surface to moisture.
• For surfaces like cups and water bottles, handwashing is recommended.
• Avoid using the dishwasher or microwave.
