Shipping
Where do you ship to?
I only ship within Australia at this time.
No international shipping is available
How long does shipping take?
I'm shipping from Perth, Western Australia using Australia Post - The shipping times vary depending on whether Australia Post are having any delays
Please check the Australia Post website for the most up to date information about any delays
How do I track my order?
I will provide you with an Australia Post tracking number and you can track your parcel on their website
Returns
How do I return an item?
Contact me via email and we will sort it out :)
How long does it take to process my return?
Depends on the situation but I can normally resolve it with you within a few days
Can I exchange for a different item?
Exchanges aren't available, if necessary I will replace or refund your item
General
Do you offer long sleeve shirts?
YES! Provided that I can get the size you need, long sleeves are available at no extra cost.
Can you make the shirt without the name?
YES! All shirts are made to order so please feel free to contact me if you would prefer it without the name.
I'm not sure about what size tutu to order, what should I do?
Measure your little ones waist and select the waist size that is closest, if you are particularly concerned because they're tall or tiny or anything in between just send me a message and we can work it out.
The Tutus are made to order so I can make them a bit longer or the waist a bit bigger if needed
Can you change the font or message on the Plushies?
YES! Send me a message and we can work together to have the message stitched just as you want it
Can I see a mock up of my design before you stitch it out?
Yes! Just let me know in the message box (or by sending me an email sam@littlegreycatco.com.au) and I will organise for this to come through to you for checking before we stitch
